The Product Manager will own and shape the future of products we decide to incubate and develop through our innovation organization. You will work closely with our engineering, design, marketing and customer facing teams to define product strategy, priorities development needs, and deliver exceptional experiences for users.

You will be taking the lead on creating a powerful alternative to Cyber Security leaders such as Arctic Wolf, Cloudflare AI & CyberIB. A platform that is more scalable, with AI as its engine and built for organisations with advanced threat detection needs, response capabilities, and comprehensive security operations management platform.

 This role reports directly to the Head of Product, and will be the founding PM for this initiative with significant autonomy and impact.

Requirements

  • Own and drive the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for your area, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints
  • Lead the discovery effort by collaborating on user research, direct customer engagement, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify strategic opportunities. Engage directly with CISOs, Security architects and SOC teams across target customers to understand the complexity, pain points and compliance needs for the market
  • Define clear product requirements and partnering with engineering, marketing, design and other leadership stakeholders to bring products through the innovation funnel from concept to launch
  • Define the product roadmap across threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM capabilities, and security analytics
  • Establish and monitor key metrics, defining success criteria, and iterating based on user feedback and performance data
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop positioning, messaging and competitive battle cards against other players
  • Communicate product vision, strategy and progress to the broader team, and leadership
  • 8+ Years of product development and management experience with significant time spent in building a strong technology Cyber Security platform
  • Strong understanding of modern security operations including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, threat intelligence, incident response workflows, ML based anomaly detection
  • Demonstrate experience and successes leading products through multiple stages of maturity. Ideal candidate would have experience with both established incumbents and building from scratch - from early validation to scale
  • Experience building and developing products that go head to head with category leaders (Arctic Wolf, Cloudflare AI, Sentinel One, Microsoft Sentinel)
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience influencing C-Level customers and internal executives
  • Experience building products for enterprise users across different industry domains (Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Healthcare, Government & Public Sector)
  • Understanding of the latest AI application trends in the Cyber Security space
  • Experience in client facing engagement - Pre-sales, co-engineering, client support
  • Understanding of real-time data processing, streaming architectures, or event driven systems
  • Experience with graph data bases, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers
  • Understanding and experience of different licensing and pricing models
  • Experience in early and mid stage startups
