Norwegian is looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer on AWS
As a Cloud Platform Engineer on AWS, you will help increase speed, agility, operational excellence and reliability in our day-to-day operations. You’ll work with observability, infrastructure as code, cloud automation and governance across all IT teams, at the intersection of business systems, aircraft systems and customer-facing solutions.
You’ll join our core IT team in Norway, where we have a solid AWS setup and a strong DevOps culture. Our goal is to keep all infrastructure as code and automate everything from deployment to incident response. We began our AWS journey almost 10 years ago and are now bringing Widerøe onto the same cloud platform.
Norwegian and Widerøe have extensive experience operating both aircraft and IT systems in the cloud, and we are experts in operational excellence. Our vision is that everyone should be able to afford to fly, and this role is key to that mission. To make air travel accessible, we depend on seamless, reliable and future-oriented cloud solutions – and we’re looking for someone who wants to design and implement exactly that.
