Product Manager - 12 Months Extendable Contract - Abu Dhabi

Location: On-site - based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract: Contract for 12 months, but can be extended longer term

We are looking for a Product Manager to act as the strategic bridge between business functions/service lines and the technology team. This role will shape product vision, align priorities, and drive the delivery of innovative, business-critical technology solutions.

You will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight, ensuring our products meet business needs and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring clarity on vision, goals, and priorities.
• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Facilitate prioritisation and decision-making to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch and iteration, leveraging Agile principles.
• Champion continuous improvement in product delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning business needs into successful products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at senior levels across business and technology.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to combine strategic insight with operational execution.
