As part of our growing HR team in Dubai, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our people operations. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will play an integral role in daily HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist with HR documentation and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
