The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role within a cutting-edge healthcare technology and biotech organisation using AI, data, and advanced biological science to transform how diseases are understood, treated, and prevented.

You’ll help deliver next-generation platforms that harness technology and biological data to advance healthcare, supporting complex, data-driven projects with real-world scientific and clinical impact.

This role offers ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape Agile delivery in a fast-growing, highly international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and facilitate all core Scrum and Agile ceremonies
• Drive delivery across multiple parallel healthcare and biotech projects
• Maintain visibility across a large, distributed engineering organisation
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira or similar tools
• Produce clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams
• Keep sprint boards, backlogs, and roadmaps accurate and up to date
• Support continuous improvement and delivery efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Scrum Master experience in healthcare, health tech, or biotech
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development and delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Linear, or similar tools
• Comfortable working with large, distributed teams
• Clear communicator with a proactive, structured approach

Location & Package

• Based in Abu Dhabi (5 days per week in office)
