Requirement:
- Location: Dubai WFO
- Notice: Immediate/Serving notice (10 days)

Core expectation: Bank is not looking for traditional PM. They want professionals who can independently lead agile projects/programs, work closely with senior stakeholders and add real delivery value.
Strong experience in below key areas:
1. Data delivery experience – managing dependencies across multiple source systems and understanding data-specific deliverables (data modeling, UAT, releases).
2. Functional/business domain experience – experience in at least one major banking area (e.g., operations, call centers, large transformation projects).
3. Technical exposure – experience with data platforms, large migration project etc.
Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an IT Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution.
- An overall experience of more than 14 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry - Preferable.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology and business projects.
- Experience in delivering Waterfall and Hybrid Methodology projects.
- Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince 2)
- Excellent understanding of Project Management, planning, monitoring project planning, monitoring & reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery
- Knowledge of different approaches to deliver project, including agile and waterfall
- High level of attention to detail, organized, structure way of thinking and delivery
- Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with an ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery (tact and diplomacy, influencing skills and overall sensitivity to the implications of change)
- Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution.
