Job Purpose:
- Lead the project management and operational execution of the Sustainability Program, ensuring timely delivery of all program milestones and objectives.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and performance management of the program’s offerings, partnerships, and impact measurement.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Support the SVP in strategic planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of the program.
- Drive the program’s communication, marketing, and outreach activities to maximize SME engagement and impact.
Specific Accountability
Program Execution & Project Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all program workstreams (product development, partnerships, outreach, impact measurement).
- Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of program objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Business Banking, Product, Risk, Marketing, IT) to align resources and priorities.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including accelerators, chambers, incubators, and SME community leaders.
Partnership Management & Expansion
- Lead the identification, formalization, and expansion of strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players (e.g., Abu Dhabi Chamber, Dubai Chamber, Hub71, DIFC, Sharjah Research Center, Khalifa Fund, accelerators).
- Develop and execute partnership engagement plans to maximize SME reach, program impact, and value creation.
- Continuously assess partnership effectiveness and recommend enhancements to strengthen the program’s ecosystem and network.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor and report on program KPIs, impact metrics, and budget utilization.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, committees, and external stakeholders.
Communication & Marketing
- Support the development and execution of the program’s communication and marketing plan.
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging and effective outreach to target SME segments.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform program enhancements.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize program delivery and impact.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Sustainability, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Developed technical, analytical, collaboration, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise and understanding of project management and sustainability through prior experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Solid understanding of change management and transformation.
Minimum Experience
- At least 6 years’ experience working with project management, strategy, or analytics in a financial organization, large company, or government body.
- Experience with strategy development and implementation.
- Hands-on knowledge of performance management and reporting.
- Ideally previous experience working with sustainability, ESG, and SME banking.
