A leading, internationally recognised architecture and design practice based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, high-profile projects across the region. This confidential role represents an opportunity to join a design-led studio known for delivering large scale regional and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the pre-contract and post-contract phases, from early design through to completion
• Manage feasibility studies, design development, authority approvals, and consultant coordination during the pre-contract stage
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement strategies, and risk management
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
• Ensure projects meet contractual, regulatory, quality, and design standards
• Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
• Provide strategic input and reporting to senior leadership

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in project management within architecture, design, or construction
• Demonstrated experience managing pre-contract phases, including design coordination, cost planning, and tender support
• Strong track record delivering complex, design-led projects
• Extensive UAE / Middle East experience is essential
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications (PMP, RICS, or equivalent) are an advantage
