Our client is looking for a structured and analytical systems engineer with expertise in network-based data communication to take responsibility for the design, integration and testing of advanced tactical communication solutions.

You will join a systems engineering department spanning a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. The work is interdisciplinary, and you will have the opportunity to shape your own development and career path within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary project teams with responsibility for technical system design within communication solutions
• Design and integration of tactical communication solutions (RF, HF, UHF, VHF and IP-based communications) into complex platforms
• Work with concept studies, requirements definition, system design, integration, test planning and test execution
• Engage in international customer and supplier dialogue

Your Profile

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in cybernetics, electronics, software, computer science, communications or networking
• Interest in concept development, design, integration and testing of communication and tactical systems
• A proactive team player who is curious about new technology and future solutions
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand how complex systems operate in an operational context
