About The Role

As a UI/UX Designer at Haptiq, you will be pivotal in shaping the user experience across various client projects. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing, highly functional, and user-centric designs that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of our digital solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that design objectives align with both client needs and Haptiq’s strategic vision.

You will be responsible for designing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools such as Figma. Your role involves translating complex requirements into simple, engaging, and efficient user experiences, reducing friction and improving overall user satisfaction. You will also participate in user research activities, gather insights, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our products and the satisfaction of our clients, helping them achieve their business goals through innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills and previous work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote is essential. Experience designing a variety of digital products, including websites, web applications, e-commerce platforms, and native mobile apps, is highly desirable.

An excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards is required. Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and translate it into actionable design insights are vital. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to overall brand design language is a plus. Agency experience and familiarity with motion design or Adobe After Effects will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define engaging app and web experiences for client-facing products.
  • Innovate and implement new consumer experiences, focusing on reducing friction and enhancing usability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals and technical feasibility.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, presenting your work effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with Product Management to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps tailored to client needs within Haptiq’s digital solutions division.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform continuous improvement and iterative design enhancements.
  • Work seamlessly with global teams across different time zones, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables.
