"Scrum Master Business Analyst

Role Summary

Lead the Agent Client Chatbot pod ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce based chatbot solutions for agents and clients Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies daily standups sprint planning backlog refinement retrospectives
• Elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements for chatbot features
• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business outcomes and compliance standards
• Coordinate with Salesforce developers QA and downstream teams to remove blockers and track progress
• Provide clear status reporting riskissue management and stakeholder communication
• Ensure delivery governance and adherence to Agile best practices within the pod

Required Skills Experience

• 6 years in Agile delivery as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst
• Working knowledge of Salesforce clouds and chatbot solutions Agentforce or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder management facilitation and documentation skills
• Insurance domain experience preferred familiarity with compliance and data privacy
• Proficiency with Jira Confluence and backlog management

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile certification
