As the Senior Vice President, Technology Solutions – AmAPAC (Americas & APAC Region), you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of customer-facing technology platforms across the Americas & APAC region. You will partner closely with regional and global IT leaders to build and optimize the technology ecosystem that enables customer satisfaction, operational scalability, and long-term business growth. This role requires an exceptional technology executive who can drive innovation, align technology with business strategy, and lead high-performing teams through transformation.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Partner with product owners, operations, sales, marketing, and customers to translate business and customer requirements into regional technology solutions
  • Collaborate with the global technology organization to define product strategy, deployment plans, and long-term platform roadmaps
  • Define the customer-facing technology infrastructure strategy for AmAPAC, ensuring scalability, performance, and service quality
  • Oversee delivery of strategic technology programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and regional technology operations
  • Lead evaluation of existing technologies, identify improvement or replacement opportunities, and drive adoption of innovative platforms
  • Monitor key performance indicators to optimize operational performance and ensure alignment to business needs
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal account managers, operations teams, and product owners to ensure visibility and coordination
  • Participate in development of technology policies, processes, and cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems and data
  • Attract, develop, and retain top regional technology talent while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Contribute to annual operating and capital budgets, managing ongoing technology expenditures and investment risks
  • Serve as an active member of the AmAPAC regional leadership team and global technology leadership team to ensure alignment between business strategy, customer needs, and technology solutions


What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 10–15 years of senior/executive-level experience leading technology teams in supply chain, logistics, digital platforms, or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale technology programs on time, on budget, and aligned to business requirements
  • Strong technical background across on-premise, hosted, and cloud platforms (including O365, Azure, and logistics technology systems)
  • Proven experience managing strategic technology partners and third-party vendors
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences


It’d be great if you also have:


  • Experience with acquisition due diligence and post-merger technology integration
  • Deep knowledge of data strategy, architecture, governance, and digital-enablement technologies
  • Experience leading operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
