Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prompt Author /Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and refining prompts used to train AI models, enhance machine learning capabilities, and support various natural language processing (NLP) applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, data annotation, have editorial Background and/or working with AI models, and will be able to craft clear, concise, and effective prompts to ensure high-quality model outputs.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Finnish speakers with a commitment to delivering error-free content.
• Location: You can be based globally, but know the Finnish culture
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Analytical and Creative Skills: We value detail-oriented, logical thinkers with a creative flair and the ability to empathize with user needs.
• Focus on Model Improvement: Drive model enhancement by providing valuable insights and improvements.
• Availability: Able to dedicate at least 4-5 hours a day; full-time commitment is preferable.
• Communication: Strong communicative skills and a willingness to collaborate with the team.
• Learning Sessions: Open to attending online demos or learning sessions as needed.
• Certifications: Successful completion of required certifications is mandatory.

Compensation:

The payment is based on the approved hit per each accepted task - from $4.00 to $72.00.
