WE ARE LOOKING FOR Generative AI Consultant
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Generative AI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an innovative Generative AI system that understands and utilizes our customer´s internal knowledge base, enhancing their capabilities in technical documentation and troubleshooting for both internal and external users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment, working primarily with a Python-based backend.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Generative AI system, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer’s strategic roadmap.
- Utilize programming skills in Python, Java, and frameworks such as Spark to build and maintain reliable software solutions.
- Take ownership of sub-area projects, leading and mentoring a small team of consultants or developers.
- Evaluate the performance of AI models and implement monitoring strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Identify integration points and deployment modes, specifying infrastructure requirements and planning regular model updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements for AI applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technical documentation and AI system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimally 5 years of experience with AI algorithms and frameworks, specifically PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize AI model performance.
- Experience in software engineering with proficiency in Python, Java, and Spark.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure provisioning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
