Position Overview

As the IT Project Manager, this is your opportunity to oversee strategic change initiatives, technology projects, process re-engineering, and establish project management procedures. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company priorities. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies, optimize technology solutions, and maintain compliance with IT policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management and IT-related initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience working with supply chain integration systems (EDI).
  • 2+ years of experience working with middleware products (Celigo, Boomi, SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Etc.).
  • 1+ years of experience working with ERP system migrations or integrations is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and drive process improvements.
  • Experience doing ERP implementations or migrations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to execution.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to scope, budget, and timelines.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Prepare and present progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts for broader audiences.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Analyze project progress and make necessary adjustments to scope, timeline, or costs.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to project team members on project management best practices.
  • Implement performance tracking metrics to measure project success.
  • Maintain alignment with business goals and strategies, ensuring project initiatives support company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in technical project estimates, scope analysis, and RFP responses.
  • Develop technical spreadsheets, diagrams, and process documentation.
  • Support ICFR - ITGC testing and audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Conduct research and recommend IT products, services, and standards for procurement and development.
  • Coordinate system changes, blackout periods, and release planning to minimize business disruptions.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
