Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach / Agile Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and continuous delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in Agile coaching, scaled Agile frameworks, and transformation leadership, with the ability to align business strategy and technology execution. This role will work closely with senior leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to embed Agile, DevSecOps, and automation best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and programs.
• Coach leadership, product owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
• Implement and tailor Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, and DAD based on organizational needs.
• Drive Agile maturity assessments, metrics, OKRs, and value realization models.
• Support large-scale project and program delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Enable integration of DevSecOps and automation practices into Agile delivery models.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, leadership sessions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Mentor Agile practitioners and build internal coaching capabilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and high performance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT delivery experience, including 7+ years in Agile coaching and transformation roles.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale Agile adoption and large program delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and Agile governance models.
• Strong expertise in Agile metrics, OKRs, and value-driven delivery.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile lifecycle management tools.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations in Agile delivery.
• Ability to pragmatically tailor Agile frameworks rather than applying them rigidly.
• Experience delivering Agile training, workshops, and acting as a keynote speaker or transformation evangelist.
