Requirements
- 0,5+ years of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and time efficiency skills, willingness to learn, takes accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when tracking candidates and updating ATS systems
- Good communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English level
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with AI tools
- Research and analytical skills
- Actively source and connect with top talent across multiple channels to keep our pipeline strong.
- Coordinate interviews and make sure candidates and recruiters are always in the loop.
- Keep ATS records accurate and up to date.
- Create a positive experience for every candidate through clear, friendly, and timely communication.
- Work closely with Recruiters to understand current needs and shifting priorities.
- Contributing to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process.
