We bring products to market and scale them fast through strong regulatory execution, medical expertise, and best-in-class commercial operations.
Our portfolio spans specialty medicines, consumer healthcare, medical devices, and clinical nutrition. We are growing our medical nutrition business and are building a focused team to accelerate evidence-based launches and field execution.
We are hiring a Medical Nutrition Team Lead to run a high-impact cross-functional team (Medical Advisor, Product Manager, Medical Representatives, and Regulatory/Research Manager). This is a “player-coach” role: you will set direction, drive execution, and personally lead the most important initiatives with KOLs, key accounts, and internal stakeholders.
You will own the end-to-end success of our medical nutrition portfolio in Ukraine: medical strategy, launch readiness, field excellence, evidence plans, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead and develop a team across Medical, Field Force, and Regulatory/Research with clear priorities, KPIs, and high standards.
- Build and execute the medical nutrition portfolio plan (go-to-market, segmentation, messaging, channel focus, launch sequencing).
- Drive KOL engagement and scientific credibility: advisory boards, speaker programs, congress activity, and clinical education.
- Ensure strong launch discipline: claims substantiation, materials, training, and field rollout which is on time and compliant.
- Partner with Regulatory/Research to support registration strategy, evidence mapping, and competitor intelligence for new SKUs.
- Create field excellence: coaching, joint visits, objection handling, and capability building for medical reps.
- Work closely with Marketing/Digital to translate medical value into clear, compliant communication (HCP and patient-facing where applicable).
- Track performance and impact: insights, adoption drivers/barriers, and corrective actions based on data and field feedback.
- 5+ years in healthcare (medical nutrition, Rx, medical devices, or OTC) with proven success in launches and field execution.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams (medical + commercial + regulatory/research).
- Strong understanding of evidence-based promotion and compliant medical communication.
- Solid commercial mindset: you can connect science to market outcomes without oversimplifying.
- Confident communicator: KOL-ready, team-ready, stakeholder-ready.
- Structured operator: you run plans, cadence, and follow-through—no “activity without results.”
- English proficiency suitable for partner communication and documentation.
- Direct experience with medical nutrition categories (renal, oncology, malnutrition, dysphagia, metabolic).
- Background in Medical Affairs, product management, or field force leadership.
- Experience working with hospital accounts and key medical institutions in Ukraine.
