Construction Project Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. 

Responsibilities

· Coordination of all stages of project implementation in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, hybrid power plants, energy storage systems).

· Development and monitoring of the project roadmap.

· Organization and control of construction works, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget.

· Risk management and resolution of crisis situations.

· Cooperation with government authorities, contractors, and technical consultants.

· Conducting negotiations and overseeing legal aspects of the project (permits, licenses, agreements).

· Project budget planning, cost control, and reporting.

· Optimization of financial and resource expenditures.

· Monitoring contractors’ and suppliers’ compliance with contractual obligations.

· Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.

· Quality control of equipment and construction works.

· Interaction with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.

· Organization and coordination of the project team’s work.

· Monitoring progress and preparing regular reports.

· Analysis of renewable energy market trends.

· Implementation of modern technological solutions to improve project efficiency.

Qualifications

·      Higher education in electromechanics, power engineering, or a related field.

·      At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the energy sector is an advantage.

· Experience in negotiations with contractors; drafting and coordinating technical specifications; monitoring work performance.

· In-depth knowledge of construction processes and standards, as well as the sequence of construction works.

· Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and be accountable for final results.

· Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
