Job Summary - We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products.

Job Description -

• Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define user experience requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Design wireframes prototypes and user interface elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Apply UX best practices and principles to improve product usability and accessibility.
• Analyse user feedback and usage data to continuously optimize the user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends tools and technologies related to UX design Work closely with UI designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user centered digital experiences from concept through execution.
• Create detailed wireframes storyboards user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research interviews and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate UX designs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Advocate for users by incorporating accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
