We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Platform Analyst , reporting to the Product Manager , based in India. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to support product development, business strategy, and decision-making
By creating and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and cohort analyses, you will play a critical role in driving product improvements and identifying growth opportunities. Your work will also involve collaborating with Data Engineering, Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product-related dashboards and business metrics that align with strategic objectives and product goals.
- Perform cohort analyses and track B2B technology metrics (e.g., churn, retention, MAU) to identify user behaviour patterns and growth opportunities.
- Create data visualizations (charts, graphs, reports) using tools like Pendo, Power BI, or Tableau to effectively communicate insights.
- Leverage data insights to inform product feature and functionality development, working closely with the Product Manager to shape the product roadmap, refine design considerations, and prioritize enhancements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on data migrations, data cleaning, and other data-related initiatives to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations for go-to-market strategies, user adoption campaigns, and overall commercial effectiveness.
- Manage backend data mapping, extraction, and transformation processes, ensuring data integrity and readiness for analysis and reporting.
- Continuously monitor key metrics to detect anomalies or trends, suggesting improvements or new KPIs where necessary.
- Produce regular reports on platform performance, user engagement, and operational efficiencies, presenting findings to stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a data-centric role (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Platform Analyst).
- Proven track record in data visualization, dashboard creation, and analytics using tools such as Pendo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cohort analyses and B2B technology metrics (e.g., MAU, churn, retention rates).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets, including data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience collaborating with teams on data migrations, data cleaning, and data quality initiatives.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including automation (e.g., macros, Power Query) and complex formula usage for data transformation and reporting.
- Experience managing backend data workflows, including mapping, extraction, and integration with analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in automation projects that improved data processes, reporting efficiency, or operational scalability.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a self-driven approach to identifying and addressing data-related challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
