Ascendion is looking for a Business Analyst who can drive business discovery, demonstrate strong problem-framing capability, and own BA core deliverables across complex, high-stakes digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation across virtual and in-person settings with senior business stakeholders.
• Apply structured problem-definition techniques to clearly articulate business needs, constraints, and outcomes.
• Produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, demonstrating clear understanding of story structure, quality benchmarks, and testability.
• Own process mapping using standard notations (e.g., BPMN) and facilitate outcome-driven business workshops.
• Translate business intent into precise BA artefacts, grounded in Agile and enterprise delivery best practices.
• Demonstrated experience on enterprise-scale Digital Transformation programs.
• Exposure to complex, stakeholder-heavy domains such as Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, or large platform ecosystems.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in distributed, cross-functional delivery environments.
