Manchester City Centre | Hybrid (2 days WFH)
£38,000 – £48,000 + bonus (performance based)
The Role:
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong Angular experience to join a growing product-focused team building predominantly application-based solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working on meaningful features, improving existing systems, and helping drive forward modern, scalable applications.
If you’re someone with a positive attitude, who enjoys a challenge and wants to work on tech that actually gets used, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and enhancing Angular-based applications
- Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver clean, intuitive solutions
- Developing scalable, maintainable front-end architecture
- Contributing ideas around digital transformation and modernisation
- Taking ownership of features from concept through to delivery
- Continuously improving performance, UX, and code quality
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Commercial experience as a Software Engineer / Angular Developer
- Strong knowledge of Angular and TypeScript
- Experience developing application-focused products
- Solid understanding of front-end best practices
- A proactive mindset — positive, curious, and ready to take on challenges
Nice to Have:
- Experience with digitalisation / digital transformation projects
- Exposure to modern DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-based environments
- Interest in improving legacy systems and processes
- Any experience working in product-led or agile teams
What’s In It For You
- Salary: £38,000 – £48,000
- Hybrid working (Manchester city centre office)
- Birthday day off
- Holiday allowance that increases with service
- Health & dental benefits
- Pension scheme
- Annual bonus
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
- Real opportunities to grow your skills and make an impact
Why Join?
This is a chance to work on real applications, in a team that values good engineering, positive energy, and people who want to keep learning. You’ll be trusted, supported, and encouraged to push yourself, all without unnecessary corporate nonsense.
