We are currently recruiting for a Trainee IT Support Technician to join our busy IT Department at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Role And Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & resolving 1st Line IT issues.
- Setting up user logins for in house systems and creating ID cards for new staff
- Closing down access for staff who are leaving
- Logging and routing IT support calls
- Ensuring the internal company directory is kept up to date
- Administering internal systems to assist in the smooth running of the department day-to-day
- Windows 11 & MS Office 365.
- iOS & Android.
- An analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively with IT users of varying degrees of ability.
- Ability to work well as part of a small team.
