Tasks

Develop and maintain complex features and services on time and quality
Independent problem solver on feature and bug level
Ensure code quality
Keep System Error-Free
Contribute to customer satisfaction measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
Conduct code reviews
Work on improving application performance and reliability and continuously identify and reduce tech debt
Solid understanding of the tech vision and starting to contribute to progressing towards it

Requirements

Proficient in Java and related tools and technologies (Ruby on Rails, Node)
Competent in system architecture and design patterns
Ability to apply software development best practices and principles on a daily basis
Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Ability to utilise expertise and experience to reach a high level of productivity
Fluent English, written and spoken
High level of motivation and eager to learn
