Product Manager – Risk & Compliance Software

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in Fulham, West London)

Salary: £100,000

About the Role

I’m supporting a leading provider of risk and compliance software in hiring a Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for their digital platform. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, bridging technology, compliance, and end-user needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver products that help organizations manage risk, compliance, and operational safety more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and user needs into actionable product features.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery, scoping, and design to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet compliance, operational, and user expectations.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, improve platform performance, and enhance customer outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
• Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance processes, or regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2–3 days/week in Fulham, West London).
