About So Shall We

We partner with mid‑market owners and executives in the US to drive bottom‑line growth with mutual upside. A rare combination of consulting, full-stack execution and aligned incentives to eliminate what is wrong with the agency model.

We are what remains. We make growth feel easy.

Because your growth is our business.

Your Mission

As our UI Designer, you’ll support the creation and optimisation of high-converting landing pages used across paid media and growth initiatives. You’ll focus on translating briefs, performance inputs, and best practices into clear, mobile-first UI designs that help users understand, trust, and convert.

You’ll work closely with Performance and Creative teams to design pages that are simple, effective, and conversion-driven—learning through iteration, feedback, and real results.

What You'll Do
  • Design mobile-first landing pages and simple variants in Figma, following briefs, wireframes, or existing patterns.

  • Support reviews of existing landing pages to identify visual, layout, and usability improvements.

  • Translate performance insights and test ideas into clear UI layouts and components.

  • Work closely with the rest of the teams, using tools like GHL / HubSpot, to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

  • Apply UI best practices to improve hierarchy, readability, clarity, and CTAs.

  • Use and contribute to our design system, components, and templates, helping keep work consistent and scalable.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance learnings, understanding what drives better results.

Who You Are

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in UI, UX/UI, or web design (internships, freelance, or agency experience welcome).

  • Experience in designing landing pages for lead generation or conversion-focused websites.

  • Solid Figma fundamentals: Design systems, layouts, components, responsive design, and basic prototyping.

  • Conversion-minded: you care about clarity, usability, and effectiveness as much as visual quality.

  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (funnels, CTAs, conversion goals) or strong curiosity to learn.

  • Able to explain your design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
