That’s why we’re looking to add a Senior UX/UI Designer to our team.

🎯 Role Mission

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing user-centered digital solutions, contributing at every stage of the design process—from research and requirements definition to the delivery of functional and visually consistent interfaces. This role works closely with Technology teams and fellow designers to build intuitive, accessible experiences aligned with business goals. You’ll bring creative proposals, participate in co-creation sessions, and actively contribute to the use and evolution of the organization’s Design System.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Product & Experience Design

• Gather and evaluate user needs alongside clients, product managers, and engineers
• Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Design responsive, multi-channel experiences with a consistent look & feel
• Create interactive prototypes and optimize existing interfaces

Research & Validation

• Support or lead product discovery processes
• Illustrate ideas through storyboards and user flows
• Participate in co-creation workshops
• Plan and execute usability testing and/or A/B testing
• Analyze results to inform and improve design decisions

Communication & Collaboration

• Align design solutions with teams and stakeholders
• Participate in presentations and design handoffs
• Lead client presentations
• Receive and incorporate constructive feedback
• Collaborate effectively, translating abstract ideas into concrete design outcomes

Standardization & Scalability

• Design and maintain UI Kits and Design Systems
• Deliver clear technical specifications to development teams
• Promote best practices in user-centered design and accessibility

🛠️ Job Requirements

Education

• University degree or studies in a design discipline and/or certifications that validate UX/UI experience

Experience

• Minimum 4 years as a UX/UI Designer or in similar roles
• Strong command of the full design process (user empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration)
• Excellent visual foundations and versatile graphic execution
• Solid understanding of foundational UX concepts such as design thinking, user-centered design, accessibility, and related methodologies

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Notion, Marvel, and Zeplin
• Desirable experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• UX research fundamentals
• Portfolio including at least three complete projects:
• Mobile app
• Responsive website
• Multi-platform experience

UI Kits & Design Systems

• Experience defining strategies, CTAs, and creating UI from scratch through a complete UI Design System

Branding

• Experience working with Digital Branding initiatives
