Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure product vision aligns with business objectives.
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and risks for Roadside products.
- Lead effort estimation and resource planning based on project requirements.
- Oversee hardware and software variant selection and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate software deployment, release, and rollback strategies.
- Manage software lifecycle aligned with the overall project lifecycle.
- Provide architectural overviews and facilitate cross-team communication.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input and market needs.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive product roadmap planning and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in System Engineering, Software Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telematics or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, System Engineer in an agile setup.
- IPMA Project Management Certification is beneficial.
- Experience in electronic toll collection or telematics is preferred.
- Passion for driving collaboration and delivering high-quality, complex projects across teams.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Excellent oral and written English skills. German, Spanish, or any additional language is an advantage.
