As a Business Process Manager HR (f/m/d), you analyze, design, and optimize global HR processes and strategic HR topics in close collaboration with HR, IT, and leaders worldwide along the employee lifecycle.
Job Description
- Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global HR processes along the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management)
- Early identification of trends and innovations in the HR environment and proactive design to support the HR strategy
- Content definition and support of HR digitalization projects in collaboration with the respective departments
- Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
- Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
- Support in the development of global HR policies and standards
- Completed studies with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international HR environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team
