Senior Product Manager – Veneer Products

To strengthen our global Veneer Products Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who shares our passion for wood, people and progress.

Your role

As Senior Product Manager, you define and drive the long-term product strategy that secures sustainable growth and strengthens our global market position. You translate market insights, customer needs and competitive intelligence into scalable product solutions with measurable business impact.

You own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and innovation to launch and continuous optimization—and work closely with R&D, wood purchasing, operations, sales, marketing and leadership. You are a connector, a decision-maker and a coach who helps others grow, in line with our family-driven values.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy aligned with market opportunities, operational capabilities and our wood mix
• Lead innovation projects from concept through industrialization, launch and post-launch evaluation
• Translate market and customer insights into clear product visions, roadmaps and business cases
• Act as a key stakeholder manager across regions and departments
• Drive strategic projects such as ERP/masterdata implementation and the transition to value-based pricing
• Strengthen product knowledge internally and externally through training, workshops and clear communication
• Contribute to building a strong product management culture by mentoring and coaching

Who you are

• You hold a university degree and have 5–8 years of experience in product or project management
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong bias for action
• You understand technical products and feel at home in the complex world of Veneer
• You are analytically strong, comfortable with complexity and experienced in stakeholder management
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French
• You believe in collaboration, learning and growing together
