Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Campus Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive a large-scale, multi‑stakeholder campus program. In this role, you will ensure strategic alignment, operational execution, planning, risk management, governance follow‑up, and effective communication across different teams and partners. You will work closely with sponsors, core teams, steering committees, and external partners to deliver key milestones on time, on scope, and on budget.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in complex project/program management (preferably large infrastructure / campus / accommodation programs).
  • Proven experience managing multi‑track, multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Strong background in planning, governance, and risk management.
  • Experience coordinating external partners and vendors.


What you'll do:

Strategic Alignment & Operational Support

  • Align overall program and planning, ensuring integration into the consolidated monthly schedule.
  • Propose, align, and implement clear and easy‑to‑understand project structures (tracks) with sponsors and core team members.
  • Create, update, and maintain coherent and integrated high‑level planning per track with clear ownership, team alignment, and scope definition.
  • Support EX operational tracks and ensure coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive, motivate, and support teams in defining deliverables and execution steps.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for optimization (communications, document management, governance, project structure…).
  • Ensure transparency by proactively managing and following up on all actions, to‑dos, and decisions across core team members and governance bodies.


Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain the overall project schedule with regular follow‑ups and periodic adjustments.
  • Prepare detailed schedules for both temporary and permanent accommodation solutions.
  • Organize, monitor, and facilitate RWP (Real Workplace Program) activities.
  • Organize and manage stakeholder engagement moments and ensure strong collaboration.
  • Support teams in delivering project milestones and planned outputs.


Risk & Issue Management

  • Prepare and monitor risk analyses, including mitigation actions, scenario planning, and proposals.
  • Manage quarterly confidence level indicators aligned with key defined deliverables.
  • Track and manage action items and issue lists coming from technical and governance meetings.
  • Escalate and manage risks from both internal project teams and external partners (e.g. Nextensa).
  • Provide regular (bi‑weekly) updates summarizing key delivered topics, risks, and mitigation actions.


Meeting Organization & Reporting

  • Proactively organize, prepare, and report on a wide range of meetings, including:
  • Face‑to‑face sessions with team members and sponsors for parallel projects (Nextensa, PROCOS, Tetris, Horequipe, Move).
  • Weekly stand‑ups, cross‑project syncs, business steerco meetings, and guidance meetings.
  • Technical meetings with Nextensa and other partners.
  • Steerco meetings with Nextensa and other governance bodies.
  • Ensure concise, accurate reporting and follow‑up of all decisions and actions.


Document & Budget Management

  • Set up, maintain, and oversee document management systems, including periodic spot checks.
  • Maintain and track issue lists and project to‑dos.
  • Manage the overall project budget in collaboration with client.
  • Track costs vs. budget during execution for both temporary and permanent accommodation projects.
