Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance for network-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred.
- You speak French or Dutch fluently, and English.
