Join our team in Tallinn!

As a Business Development Manager You will:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers (electronic store chains, retailers, telcos, e-shops, and others).
  • Proactively communicate with customers: needs analysis, negotiations, setting target and discount policies, advising clients on technical issues, etc.
  • Achieve and ensure regular sales growth of your brand products.
  • Identify product, marketing, and sales opportunities for clients.
  • Proactively introduce new products and solutions into clients' assortments and expand the Xiaomi Ecosystem product range.
  • Implement different marketing activities and events.
  • Conduct long-term and short-term sales planning.
  • Monitor the market.
  • Identify and respond to possible customer problems related to your brand.

We expect You to have:

  • 1–3 years of successful sales experience (experience in IT, home appliances, or consumer electronics sales is an advantage).
  • Interest in the IT/consumer electronics market and products.
  • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Result-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Higher education.
  • Native Estonian with additional English language skills.
  • Russian language skills are an advantage.
