CX Specialist

We’re looking for a CX Specialist to join our Digital Channels Insight team and support analysis and improvements across our digital channels. In this role, you’ll focus on gathering and analyzing customer insights through focus groups and customer surveys, CX metrics (including CSAT and NPS), app ratings, and user reviews. You’ll help translate customer feedback and centralized CX data into clear, actionable insights that inform product enhancements and ongoing improvements. Working closely with central data teams, product, marketing, and UX teams you’ll support consistent and customer-focused experiences across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct studies across key products through focus groups and customer surveys.
  • Set and track CX metrics for products in the area of responsibility and report on customer sentiments.
  • Evaluate products CSAT and NPS to track satisfaction trends.
  • Analyze app ratings and user reviews to identify recurring themes and patterns
  • Translate & Contextualize (Compile, Combine, and Complement) CX Central Data to function’s needs for Decision Making
  • Analyse and guide the enhancement of digital services, across different product areas and across different digital platforms

Qualifications And Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in customer experience, consumer insights, or related roles.
  • Advanced skills in CX research and metrics (CSAT, NPS, app ratings, sentiment analysis) and tools for collecting and analyzing customer feedback is essential.
  • Ability to turn business goals into channel growth roadmaps across apps and web.
  • Strong skills in survey design, data interpretation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Highly experienced in cross-platform cross-platform ecosystems, including native iOS, native Android, mobile web, and desktop.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field.

Our headquarters are located in Helsinki, Finland but the position can be located in any Veikkaus location. We work flexibly in a hybrid model.
