Malt is regularly hiring commercial profiles and we want to ensure they are equipped with all the relevant knowledge and skills before they join their team.
As part of the Planning, Transformation & Enablement team, you will act as the "Face of Malt" for every new commercial hire, owning the logistics and delivery of an onboarding experience that ensures every Malter feels prepared and skilled.
Your mission is to drive productivity by managing the entire ramp-up journey, from initial welcome to final onboarding certification (that we still need to create).
Key Responsibilities ✨
- Deliver approximately 70% of the sales onboarding curriculum through high-energy virtual and in-person training sessions
- Manage the end-to-end schedule for new sales joiner cohorts, including the coordination of guest speakers and room logistics
- Orchestrate the project timeline for new hire ramp-ups to ensure a seamless transition into their respective roles
- Build and maintain a robust onboarding certification program to guarantee that all new commercial staff master the basics
- Update and upgrade the commercial curriculum continuously to align with evolving business needs and market realities
- Collect qualitative feedback after training modules to suggest tactical content improvements to the broader team
- High level education ideally in a field related to Human Resources, Education, or Business Management
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably with a background in Enterprise Sales
- Speak and write English perfectly well to facilitate training for our international commercial teams. Malt’s working language is English
- Proven expertise in training facilitation and project management, with the ability to embark teams in the stories you tell them.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Sales engagement is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple departments and people located across various countries.
- Ability to transmit a lot of joy and energy to an audience
- First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager, Jihane, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
- Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by one of the Commercial leaders in order to assess your technical skills
- Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
- Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris
