✨Join Opti Digital, a fast-growing AdTech company helping publishers maximize revenue through innovative, transparent, and responsible advertising technologies.
About the Role
As a Product Data Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of the Product Team, working closely with the Chief Product Officer to analyze product performance, anticipate issues, and uncover new optimization opportunities that enhance our platform and client outcomes.
You will turn raw data into clear, structured insights, empowering product decisions, validating hypotheses, and guiding optimizations across our product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into complex data sets, has a technical foundation, and excels at translating analysis into meaningful product recommendations with clear business impact.
This is a high-impact analytical role, not a data engineering role. We are looking for a data-savvy profile with strong product and analytical intuition rather than heavy technical development skills.
What will you do?
- Perform proactive product and business analysis to support prioritization, detect anomalies, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to define, monitor, and evolve key product and performance metrics.
- Support discovery and experimentation, helping validate hypotheses and analyze A/B test results.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to support product, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across product analytics.
What will you bring to the team?
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong preference for experience in AdTech, with a solid understanding of programmatic auction dynamics (header bidding), SSP/Bidder logic, and publisher revenue metrics.
- Strong technical foundation: Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data environments (e.g., Google BigQuery).
- Expertise in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent).
- Experience with basic scripting for analysis (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to explore datasets, identify trends, and transform insights into strong, data-backed product or business recommendations.
- Knowledge of statistics, experimentation methods (A/B tests), and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable discussing both technical details and business implications.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a strong appetite for product and functional topics.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
What we offer
- A central analytical role where your insights directly shape product decisions, prioritization, and optimization across the platform.
- Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making.
- A data-driven environment where analysis is expected to influence decisions, not just report on them.
- A strong learning environment with onboarding, continuous coaching, and room to grow within the organization.
- Flexible work setup: hybrid or fully remote (France-based).
- Competitive compensation, aligned with experience and responsibilities.
- Long-term position (full-time, permanent contract).
- A collaborative, international team culture, with regular team events and offsites.
- Additional benefits depending on location (health coverage, wellness initiatives, etc.)
