The finance department has recently completed a system transition from DATEV to SAP, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to contribute expertise and stability during this phase.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of general ledger accounting
• Responsibility for sub-ledgers (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets)
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Ensuring correct posting and reconciliation of accounts
• Supporting and optimizing accounting processes within SAP
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. auditors, tax advisors)

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in both general ledger and sub-ledger accounting
• Strong practical experience with SAP (experience during or after system migration is a plus)
• Solid understanding of German accounting principles
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Hands-on mentality and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
