How you´ll help us:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Quality Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring and continuously improving quality standards within our central european warehouse. Your primary focus will be the systematic incoming and outgoing inspection of our PV inverters and battery systems. Furthermore, you will be the central point of contact for analyzing failures and process deviations across the entire supply chain

Carrying out incoming goods inspections: Creating inspection plans and quality guidelines and systematically inspecting incoming deliveries

Carrying out outgoing goods inspections: Ensuring shipping quality, including checking the condition, packaging integrity, load securing, and completeness of pallets before delivery to the customer.

Documentation and reporting: Complete documentation of all test results, error patterns, and deviations in the quality management system (QMS). Support in the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports

Error and deviation management: Initiation and support of immediate corrective measures in the event of identified defects (e.g., blocking of goods, queries to suppliers).

Conducting error analyses (root cause analysis): Systematic investigation of the causes of quality problems in the areas of logistics (transport damage), products (inverters/batteries), supply chain processes, and internal warehouse processes.

Complaint management: Processing and supporting internal and external quality complaints in the logistics environment in close coordination with supplier management and customer service.

Process optimization: Active participation in the further development and improvement of quality and logistics processes in order to reduce error rates and increase efficiency.

Management of restricted stock: Responsibility for managing and monitoring the warehouse for defective and goods awaiting inspection (restricted area).

Requirements

Your background and skills:

  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable, combined with several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on quality.
  • Alternatively: Completed technical training (e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer) or a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or a technical field.
  • Several years of practical professional experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing company.
  • In-depth experience with incoming and outgoing goods inspections.
  • Experience in the application of problem analysis methods (e.g., 8D report, Ishikawa/fishbone diagram, 5 Whys) is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and audit processes is desirable.

  • MS Office skills: Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel for evaluating and presenting data.
  • ERP skills: Experience in using merchandise management systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory management and complaint processing.
  • Documentation skills: Precise and structured approach to documentation.
  • Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
