As a Data Scientist (NLP/LLM Focus) (m,f,d) at MindDoc you...


  • are developing an annotation taxonomy in collaboration with subject matter experts from project management psychology: What is labeled and how? Therapeutic techniques, conversation phases, quality indicators.
  • are responsible for defining and monitoring of data quality metrics for ML suitability.
  • are responsible for Data selection and curation for fine-tuning experiments.
  • carry out initial fine-tuning experiments.
  • develop classification models (sentiment, crisis detection, topic tagging).
  • are responsible for evaluating and benchmarking model outputs.
  • are responsible for translating between specialist field (psychology) and ML requirements.



You…


  • have 3–5 years of experience in data science/ML, including at least 1–2 years with NLP/LLMs.
  • have a In-depth understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning methods (LoRA, PEFT, etc.).
  • have experience with annotation projects and inter-rater reliability.
  • work with Python (PyTorch/HuggingFace ecosystem).
  • have strong communication skills – able to work with non-technical people!
  • are fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Nice to have: experience in the health/psychology field.
