Our client, an industry leading Corporate Finance and Private Equity firm are currently looking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst to join their industry leading team. In this role you will work on circa 6-8 advisory mandates and two buyside annually. Suitable candidates will have a strong academic background with 2-5 yrs experience working in a transaction based role.
The role:
- Working closely with Senior Directors, supporting transactions from cradle to grave
- Building client relationships across multiple industries
- Identifying opportunities and preparing pitch book documents
- Attending networking events and building industry contacts
The requirements:
- CFA qualified or studying towards qualification
- Transaction Services/Corporate Finance experience is essential
- Experience building complexed financial models
- Highly numerical individual with a commercial mindset
