Business Analyst
12 month contract
Hybrid - 2 days city centre
450-500 per day
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years extensive professional experience in business analysis.
- Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Business Analysis (or equivalent).
- Professional qualification in Business Analysis (or equivalent).
Key Deliverables
- Lead review and analysis of business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify improvements.
- Provide clear documentation of existing and future business processes.
- Define strategies and validate business needs for digital transformation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and produce detailed business models (as-is and to-be).
- Prepare detailed specifications and oversee solution development and implementation.
- Liaise with management on process and organisational change.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with business units and eliciting requirements.
- Experience with business analysis tools and BPMN (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
- Ability to analyse processes and identify technological efficiencies.
- Experience working in technical environments with diverse teams (developers, DB architects, PMs).
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
