Business Analyst
12 month contract
Hybrid - 2 days city centre
450-500 per day

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum of 7+ years extensive professional experience in business analysis.
  2. Qualifications:
    • Professional qualification in Business Analysis (or equivalent).

Key Deliverables

  • Lead review and analysis of business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify improvements.
  • Provide clear documentation of existing and future business processes.
  • Define strategies and validate business needs for digital transformation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and produce detailed business models (as-is and to-be).
  • Prepare detailed specifications and oversee solution development and implementation.
  • Liaise with management on process and organisational change.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with business units and eliciting requirements.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and BPMN (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
  • Ability to analyse processes and identify technological efficiencies.
  • Experience working in technical environments with diverse teams (developers, DB architects, PMs).
  • Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
