Job Description: Golang Backend Developer

About BlockInvest 

BlockInvest is a fast-growing startup and a first mover in the Security Token market in Southern Europe. We’ve developed a regulatory-compliant management platform for financial institutions, enabling the tokenization of digital securities and Real World Assets. Supported by institutional investors, we are scaling up our team across all business units.

Our Tech Team is dedicated to enhancing BlockInvest’s existing offerings and conducting R&D to deliver innovative, disruptive solutions in the Tokenization and space.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Go
• Proficiency with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Experience with relational and not databases
• Performance optimization, pattern and fine tuning
• Experienced in integrating automated testing solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Smart Contracts on the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and blockchain ecosystem
• Deep technical proficiency in advanced cryptography, with a focus on Zero Knowledge and Fully Homomorphic Encryption
• Design and integration of third-party custody providers and KMS solutions
• Background in the financial sector, particularly in banking.
• Familiarity with “Security by Design” development frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST)
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Contributions to open-source projects or publicly available personal projects

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of new features for the BlockInvest platform on backend side
• Document software to maintain high-quality technical standards
• Assist and mentor junior developers to support team growth
