What you will need to do:


  • Conduct the full recruitment cycle: from direct search and initial contact to successful onboarding of the candidate.
  • Create and publish job vacancies on various platforms (LinkedIn, CV.lv, social networks, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to reveal the candidate's personality and potential.
  • Assess candidates for alignment with company values and role requirements.
  • Actively use direct search (headhunting) tools to attract specialists.
  • Accompany candidates through all stages of recruitment, maintaining their engagement and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Work directly with team leaders, understand their needs, and find suitable specialists.
  • Develop a candidate database and maintain contact with them for future positions.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to the recruitment process; we value fresh perspectives and proactivity.


We are looking for:


  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the IT sector).
  • Good command of Latvian, Russian and English.
  • Experience in headhunting and actively attracting candidates.
  • Understanding of the Latvian labor market and international recruitment.
  • Ability to work with various tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Telegram chats, professional communities, etc.
  • Skills in conducting structured interviews and assessing both professional competencies and cultural fit of candidates.
  • Ability to inspire candidates with the role and the company by communicating its mission, values, and culture.
  • Skills in planning and prioritizing tasks, ability to work under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactivity, persistence, and willingness to take responsibility for results.
  • Ability to find the right people outside of standard search tools and bring the search to a successful conclusion, regardless of the complexity of the role.
  • Based in Riga.
