What You'll Drive
- Own the product development cycle from initial concept to final delivery of integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Define and maintain precise product requirements by aligning the goals of development, QA, and hardware engineering teams.
- Create and manage a high-impact product roadmap, prioritizing tasks based on Agile principles and business value.
- Translate complex capabilities into detailed user stories and functional breakdowns for the technical squads.
- Champion product stability by actively participating in testing processes to ensure every release meets high-performance standards.
- Empower users and internal teams by producing clear documentation and training materials for complex systems.
- You have a track record of managing complex technical products, specifically in hardware and software integration.
- You bring a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, version control, and modern QA methodologies.
- You are fluent in UI/UX design principles and can advocate for the end-users' experience throughout the build.
- You possess the communication skills to bridge the gap between deep engineering jargon and clear business value.
- You solve problems with a data-driven mindset and can lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering and design, coordinating closely with QA, UI/UX, and hardware teams. Youll lead Agile ceremonies and have the autonomy to prioritize the backlog to ensure the most impactful features reach the market first.
