Our client - Lidl - one of Europe’s leading food retailers. Operating in over 30 countries with more than 10,000 stores and 225,000 employees, Lidl is known for its strong values: efficiency, responsibility, results, and integrity.

They're now looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join their Purchasing Department in Lithuania - a key role at the intersection of finance, procurement, and data. If you’re passionate about structure, insights, and driving impact, this is a great opportunity to shape high-level decisions across the Baltic markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control Purchasing department’s budget for the Baltic countries.
  • Prepare financial analyses and cost optimization suggestions.
  • Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  • Analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable reports.
  • Manage and coordinate all invoices and cost records.
  • Support procurement reporting and performance analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal purchasing processes.

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree (finance, data analysis, business management, economics, statistics, or related field).
  • Experience in financial analysis, planning, auditing or controlling.
  • Excellent Excel skills and confidence with tools like PowerPoint or Power BI.
  • Very good spoken and written English (B2-C1).
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Monthly salary:

2660–3605 €/gross (final offer depends on qualifications and professional experience).
