They're now looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join their Purchasing Department in Lithuania - a key role at the intersection of finance, procurement, and data. If you’re passionate about structure, insights, and driving impact, this is a great opportunity to shape high-level decisions across the Baltic markets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control Purchasing department’s budget for the Baltic countries.
- Prepare financial analyses and cost optimization suggestions.
- Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable reports.
- Manage and coordinate all invoices and cost records.
- Support procurement reporting and performance analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal purchasing processes.
Requirements:
- A higher education degree (finance, data analysis, business management, economics, statistics, or related field).
- Experience in financial analysis, planning, auditing or controlling.
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence with tools like PowerPoint or Power BI.
- Very good spoken and written English (B2-C1).
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Monthly salary:
2660–3605 €/gross (final offer depends on qualifications and professional experience).
