We are seeking a recruiter to join our team, playing a pivotal role in the end-to-end hiring process and stakeholder management. We value individuals who bring a process-driven approach to their work and have a keen eye for establishing essential recruitment fundamentals. Your ability to excel in stakeholder management is crucial, as you will be actively engaging with various partners throughout the hiring process. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, you will influence stakeholders effectively and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop a recruitment plan to identify top-level candidates
- Use social media and other job boards to source candidates
- Create job descriptions and attractive job postings that will get the attention of top talent
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit for the job and the company culture
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback promptly.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (~1 year)
- Experience in volume hiring is a big plus
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
