Available vacancy in our office Vilnius: Product Manager for Wildlife Observation and Hunting
Responsibilities:
- Research the wildlife observation products market, technological trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users and partners to identify needs, use cases, and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate new technologies (optics, thermal imaging, AI analytics, IoT sensors) and assess their applicability to future products.
- Provide proposals for potential technological integrations.
- Generate product concepts and initiate testing with target user groups.
- Analyze testing results and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Prepare technical requirements, functionality definitions, and competitive advantages for new products.
- Collaborate with R&D, technical teams, and marketing to clarify feasibility and implementation needs.
- Ensure products meet technical requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to product positioning strategies and marketing communication development.
- Coordinate packaging and user manual preparation.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for internal teams and partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, presentations, and provide product-related technical support.
- Participate in prototype, software, GUI, and other technical solution testing and approval processes.
- Coordinate the creation of product datasheets and technical specifications.
- Participate in on-site field tests, including night-time testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; education related to optics or optical technologies is considered an advantage.
- Experience in product management (preferably related to optical, thermal imaging, or wildlife/bird observation and hunting technologies).
- Ability to analyze markets, competition, and user needs.
- Experience in product testing, prototype evaluation, and technical assessment.
- Understanding of hardware, optical device development, and/or software development processes (an advantage).
- Ability to prepare technical requirements, product concepts, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to develop and validate hypotheses.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication abilities, including the ability to convey technical decisions clearly.
- High sense of responsibility, structured work approach, and result orientation.
Language requirements:
- Lithuanian at least B2
- English at least B2
- Russian at least B2

- Salary from 3700 to 4400 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.
