We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and guide us through our next phase of growth as a publicly listed entity.

As a key member of the executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Board. Your mission will be to ensure robust compliance, drive sustainable growth, and serve as a strategic partner across the entire organization.

What You Will Do

Strategic & Governance Leadership

• Own financial oversight and reporting for a listed company, ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder transparency.
• Develop and articulate long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish financial policies, controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead investor relations and capital markets communications.

Financial Operations & Excellence

• Direct core financial operations: accounting, treasury, and financial planning.
• Own the full FP&A cycle, from budgeting and financial modeling to implementing rolling forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing financial processes and systems for efficiency and automation.
• Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of high performance and operational excellence.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Act as a key financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and business unit leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable growth strategies.
• Develop data-driven pricing strategies and optimize unit economics for revenue capture.
• Lead the annual business planning process and own P&L management to ensure financial targets and KPIs are met.
• Provide predictive analytics to guide resource allocation and capital deployment.

What You Will Bring

• Proven senior leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a similar strategic role, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Advanced financial acumen across corporate finance, including M&A, capital structures, valuations, and complex financial modeling.
• A strategic mindset paired with strong operational execution and meticulous attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing data-driven pricing models and conducting financial analysis that directly drives commercial strategy.
• Expert communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences, including the Board, investors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with modern financial systems, data analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Salary

6000-7000 € gross/month

The exact compensation will be discussed with the candidate and depends on experience and competencies.
