Business Analyst with Transaction Reporting

Location: Luxembourg Onsite

Kepler Search is currently working with a well respected financial institution in Luxembourg who are looking for a consultant to join their team. As a business analyst, you will play an integral part in gathering and analyzing business requirements and collaborating with external providers to ensure timely and delivery quality.

Responsibilities:

• Producing functional specifications through the gathering and analyzing of business requirements.
• conduct data mapping between internal systems and the SaaS platform.
• Produce and maintain documentation for interfaces and data flows, including APIs and file-based integrations.
• Work closely with the external service provider to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory transaction reporting requirements (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, or equivalent).
• Deliver regular status updates and progress reports to key stakeholders.

Skill Required:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or regulatory environments.
• Strong expertise in regulatory transaction reporting frameworks.
• Solid experience with data mapping, system integrations, and data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality functional and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with external vendors.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
